Checking additional customer requirements

• We check that further certificates (IFS, Fairtrade, GlobalGAP, etc.) are valid and up to date

Supply chain and raw materials

• We provide security through the monitoring of production processes during on-site audits
• We review internal processes and the assignment of risk reduction measures
• We assess internal precautionary measures, self-monitoring and risk management
• We check recipes for compliance with legal organic requirements and given specifications

Packaging

• We check that the end product complies with legal requirements regarding organic farming
• We compare the information based on raw materials and end product specifications
• We inspect customer-specific requirements for packaging material
• We clarify any remarks on the declaration with testing laboratories

Organic status of the goods

• We clarify any findings in analyses and marketability checks with control bodies and laboratories
• We research source and cause for any deviation along the supply chain
• We define preventive measures
• If necessary, we recommend possible blocking producers and/or goods
